Production: Avantec for NHS

We were commissioned by brand consultants AKAW and Avantec the distributors to produce a promotional film for the launch of a new computerized storage system for the NHS.

The ‘SmartStore’ system as been initially installed in Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’s Hospitals for the initial launch and then plan to roll out the systems across the whole country. The systems are set to save the taxpayer millions of pounds by making the NHS stocking system more efficient and cost effective. The cabinets hold everything from rubber gloves to hip joints.

Filming took place over 2 days at the 3 hospitals and at the storage depots. Jon Adams filmed and directed the sequences that were shot in HD using the Sony EX1 camera
Michael Davies post produced the sequence using a combination of After Effects and 3D to produce the animating lines and objects.
